BLACKOUT CLUB operates on an unrecorded sanctuary ethos. We collect only the minimum information necessary to authenticate membership, guarantee safety at our venue, process entry payments, and comply with strict Georgian 21+ age-verification laws.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When signing in with Google OAuth, we receive your basic profile name, verified email, and unique Google ID.
- Onboarding & Verification: Your submitted age (must be 21+), contact phone number (optional), and facial verification photograph (used strictly by door staff for security and ticket verification).
- Payment Records: Proof-of-payment receipts uploaded during ticket reservations to confirm bank transfers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Issuing verified entry tickets, QR passes, and reservation confirmations via Resend.
- Verifying holder identity at the door by authorized security staff to prevent ticket scalp and fraud.
- Enforcing venue safety, house rules, and age compliance.
4. Data Retention & Security
All user data and identification images are stored in encrypted European cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2 EU and Supabase EU). We never sell, monetize, or broker your personal information to third-party advertisers.
